We dedicate time and resources to every project from the moment a payment is received, which means we cannot offer refunds once production or setup has started.

3. Subscription and Monthly Services
Clients enrolled in monthly website management, hosting, or maintenance plans may cancel at any time by contacting us in writing.

Once canceled, no further charges will occur after the current billing period.
4. Project Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a website project after work has started:
