  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method at regular intervals as agreed.

3.2 Refunds

All sales are final once work has started or digital materials have been delivered.
Refunds may only be issued if:

  • The service has not yet commenced, or

  • A duplicate payment occurred.

3.3 Late or Failed Payments

Project timelines depend on client responsiveness in providing:

  • Content, images, and design preferences

  • Domain or hosting credentials (if applicable)

Delays in receiving materials may postpone completion.
Requests beyond the agreed project scope (e.g., extra revisions or added pages) may incur additional fees.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership Before Full Payment

5.2 Ownership After Full Payment

Once payment is complete, you own the final transferred website files and design, except:

5.3 Use Restrictions

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs, templates, or assets without written permission.

6. Website Management and Hosting

  • You remain responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

  • Failure to pay monthly fees on time may result in suspended services.

We are not liable for temporary downtime, security issues, or third-party server outages (including Wix servers).

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details, materials, and approvals

  • Ensure all content (text, images, etc.) provided is owned by you or licensed properly

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your website’s content

We are not responsible for legal issues arising from materials or content provided by you.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality.
Any sensitive project data or business information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required to provide services or by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
If you terminate before a project’s completion:

  • You will be responsible for all work performed and costs incurred up to the termination date.

We may terminate your access or services without notice if you violate these Terms.

We are not responsible for functionality, uptime, or data practices of third-party services.
